Cleburne High School Fails Adequate Yearly Progress in Reading and Math August 19, 2007 Cleburne High School failed the 2007 Adequate Yearly Progress set by the Texas Education Agency in Reading and Math. The Cleburne Times Review quoted Superintendent Damron as saying the failure was because four students were absent and CISD will appeal. The AYP report for all Cleburne campuses lists performance in reading, math, graduation rate and other data for 2006-2007 compared to the 2005-2006 year. That report is still in the hands of TEA's legal staff pending release. |
