A Texas Education Agency spokesperson, Mary Gonzalez, has notified Harold Gentry that they are preparing the preliminary report of their findings after investigating the Cleburne Independent School District. Once the report receives all in-house approvals, it will be forwarded to CISD.

CISD will then have 30 days to respond. After the response, TEA will issue a final report. Harold Gentry, who filed the complaint, will get a copy of the final report.
