Board president Stu Madison said that Dr. Warlick has a good working relationship with Tom Canby, the TASBO consultant and with Henslee and Schwartz, CISD’s attorneys. Regarding the TEA report, Stu Madison read a statement saying “The Board and Administration would like to seek immediate release of the TEA Preliminary report. However there are personnel names in the preliminary report and that issue needs to be addressed with the attorney that represents the school district and its employees. If and when that issue is resolved we anticipate that that report will be immediately released.”As to a timetable for public release Madison said “I would hope by the end of this week but I do not know.” It will be released through Lisa Magers of the CISD’s public relations department, he said.
