CISD Administration and School Board have shown a history and pattern of abuse of taxpayer dollars. Here is a record of lavish spending on themselves while flaunting state laws and guidelines.
None of the spending items shown here benefit the children or the teachers. The expenditures were for the benefit of the superintendent, school administration, and board members.
